Powder Transfer System (PTS)

Vacuum conveying is an efficient solution that transfers powders, granules and similar materials. A Powder Transfer System conveys material vertically or horizontally to and from process machines. It uses a ‘lean phase’ design where a high ratio of entrained air in the product line suspends the material through the conveying pipework.

PTS is a significant enhancement to any process, providing total containment where necessary, but always speeding up production whilst improving safety and hygiene.

Its easy clean design which completely contains the product during transfer for a dust free environment makes it ideal for hygienic applications. We have many reference sites in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. We also supply ATEX (ex-proof) versions of the system.
