Managing Director
The company was incorporated in August 2015 under the name “Intence Engineering” as a partnership firm. In February 2020 company converted to a Private Limited Company under the name “Intence Engineering Private Limited” with a tag line “Integrity Excellence” as we believe in team work and team integrity.
Mr. Ashok Gawade, Founder, along with the leadership team, brings extensive expertise and vision to the organization. Both the Directors possess a cumulative 40 years of industrial experience in the field of Pharmaceutical & Process Equipment Manufacturing and Industrial Automation. They have a strong capability to understand diverse product requirements and industry challenges. Having worked with a wide range of clients across various sectors, they are able to provide valuable insights, technical guidance, and practical suggestions that help customers enhance product quality, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their bottom line.
